IMMIGRATION

Express Entry is becoming

more trendy constantly.

The system is designed to select economic class immigrants who have the highest tendency to become economically established in Canada.

What is Express Entry?

Express Entry is an immigration

application management system. By way of explanation, it is not an immigration program; rather, it is a system that allows you to make a profile and apply for permanent residence through some existing programs. Express Entry can be used to apply for:
The Express Entry system also allows the provinces and territories to enlist candidates through their Provincial Nominee Programs.

Do I qualify for Express Entry?

Genuinely, It depends. Each program has its own eligibility criteria. Interested applicants for Express Entry must complete an online profile. The profile will include skill levels, work experience, education, and language capability. Those candidates who successfully meet the conditions of one of the three federal immigration programs will become part of the candidate pool with other eligible candidates and get a score (Comprehensive Ranking System or “CRS” out of 1200) to be invited to apply for Permanent Residence.

To illustrate, the Federal Skilled Worker Program has minimum requirements for work experience, language skills, education, and settlement funds. if any candidates meet these requirements, IRCC will assess your application and give you a score out of 100. At present, you need a minimum of 67 points to be eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Program.

Fill out our immigration assessment form to check your eligibility & our Canadian immigration consultant guide you in the best possible way and more options for your profile.

How does IRCC invite candidates from the pool?

Every two weeks in a month, IRCC invites the top-ranking candidates (those with the highest CRS points) in the pool to apply for permanent residence. IRCC determines the number of invitations to issue in each round and only the highest CRS ranked candidates are invited to apply. If there is the same score in the CRS score, the system will sort the tied candidates based on the date and time of the profile submission.

Age limit to apply for PR via Express Entry?

No. There is no age limit for Canadian PR. However, if you are 45 years of age or older, you will not get any points under the age category of the point-based system. And it also depends on how you score in other categories (such as education, language abilities, and whether you have a job offer in Canada), you may still be a competing candidate.

Is an English/French language test mandatory to apply for Express Entry?

Yea. No matter where you are from or what your language skills are, IRCC requires all Express Entry candidates to take a regulated English or French language test. At present, IRCC accepts the International English Language Testing System ("IELTS") General Test,  the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (“CELPIP”) General Test, test de Connaissance du français (“TCF Canada”), or Test, test d’évaluation de français (“TEF Canada”).

How long it takes to complete the process?

Express Entry is determined as the instantaneous, however, like all immigration programs, it can be erratic depending on your precedence. If you receive an invitation to apply once you have shown interest, IRCC grant 60 days to submit an application for permanent residence. Once the application submitted, the predicted processing time for 80% of applications is 6 months, nonetheless, it can take longer to process some applications if their documents are not factual. only accept applications with which we strongly believe to succeed to provide services of the highest standard as we thrive to maintain our credibility of being the Best Immigration Consultants in India.
